a serene escape

bright room central location accommodating staff

the room had necessary amenities like a hairdryer and kettle complete with coffee and tea. the central train station and city center were within easy walking distance. the staff showed such kindness and willingness to assist, a lot to me.

i thought the shower pressure could have been better, it was quite minimal.

The room had everything I needed. There was a kettle with tea. The location was very central and near the station.

The room was tiny. I could hear random sounds at night and the walls felt super thin. This really affected my sleep.

cozy stay with helpful staff

kind staff bigger room spacious room nice view

I had a really nice experience here. the staff was very kind and helped me store my bags before check-in. they also upgraded me to a bigger room since i had a lot of luggage, which i thought was very thoughtful! the room was quiet and spacious. i also enjoyed the view from the window. It overlooked the river.

the toilet paper holder was broken. it also seemed like there wasn't quite enough toilet paper available.

the double room included tea and coffee making facilities. there was also a fan, hairdryer, and iron available for use. the bed felt huge, and i found it to be very comfortable. i thought it was a nice, clean room.

the staff let me store my bags at the hotel on my checkout day, i'm thankful for that. it was easy to access the accommodation at all times of the day. the staff were also really friendly and helpful when i asked them questions.

Tea and coffee were available anytime, and i appreciated that. the hotel offers online check-out for those who prefer that. there is also access to a microwave and disposable tableware, which can be very convenient.

the location was excellent though the street was a little scruffy. the hotel is within a five minute walk to the center. it also only takes ten minutes to walk to the arena, so it is very well located.
